Several people have asked for the latest adoption news, since we haven't posted in a while. Well, guess what... we're still waiting!The good news is that things are moving along in Ukraine and they've apparently been accepting dossiers from the U.S. on Mondays, as is the norm.
So we're moving up in the line! We have a general idea of when we might be submitted, but I don't want to "jinx" anything! :)
Please continue to pray that our dossier will be submitted soon and that the SDA will accept it and assign us an appointment/travel date. I promise to post as soon as we know anything.

O.k. I really want to meet you all in the airport or in Ukraine as we go to meet our little ones so I am stepping up my petitions to the "Big Guy" who is in charge of the details. Just think, we will get to enjoy the after Labor Day airfares (atleast 50% less than summer) aaaand... hopefully nice weather since there is no central air in Ukraine. By the way, your furry child is very cute and I'm impressed with his table manners.

I don't like snails. They are slow and you can melt them. What a nasty animal. I do like God's pace. He is obviously allowing this to be a slower process for a reason. I know it is going to be such a life changing thing to have a son. I am excited for you both and I can't wait to spend time with him. I can't so I like waiting for anything because everyone knows I don't. When I am forced to wait though it is always for the best things in my life. Well, I am forced to wait this time to see my nephew. I guess that means he is going to be a pretty awesome kid. I am excited!
